Eligibility

Indian national residing in India. Age below 35 yrs. Qualifications: Uniformly good academic record with 60% marks in Master's Degree in the field. (Conversion formula should be given where Grades have been awarded). Additional Requirements: The candidate should be proficient in the Korean/English language; have good knowledge about Republic of Korea. The Scholarship is regulated by following further conditions; (i) The Scholarship holder should not accompany the spouse/children; (ii) should not have been enrolled any time at Korean University; (iii) spouse should not be living in Korea and (iv) 2 yrs consecutive stay in India after return from abroad for study/training.
                    

Value

Monthly allowance of 450,000 Won, exemption of tuition fee and payment of insurance to cover accident during the scholarship.
                 

Passage Cost

Economy class air passage from India to Seoul and back is provided by Republic of Korea.
               

Application Procedure

Typed application, duly sponsored by employer, attested copies of testimonials, recent photograph, programme of study and other documents should be submitted on plain paper ( as per notified format) by the prescribed date. Advance application may be considered pending sponsorship by employer within two weeks.
