Duration
Normally tenable for a maximum of
two years beginning October.
Eligibility
Students of outstanding academic
merit who have gained an offer of a place at Cambridge University to pursue
undergraduate studies as an affiliated student from October.
Age limit
26 years Value: Tuition fees, a
maintenance allowance and airfares.
Method of Application
Applicants who propose to study
for a second Bachelor's degree as an affiliated student must have outstanding
academic qualifications. They must apply for admission directly to a Cambridge
College of their choice and submit completed application forms for admission to
the college by 15 October for entry the following year. If the applicant is
offered a place the college will apply to the Cambridge Commonwealth Trust on
his/her behalf for a British Chevening / Nehru Centenary Shared Scholarship, and
for all other scholarships offered by the Trust for which the applicant is
eligible.
