With growth, industrialization and the current turn towards globalization, the corporate sector requires the services of more and more specialized professionals. 

Hence, it is evident that the future of CAs is very secure. Retainership (contracts for consulting which are part consultancy and part employment) is an area, which is expanding. There is likely to be an increase in the number of CAs who are not just auditors or tax advisors, but provide consultancy service on specific issues to a small business.
