F&B Manager Rs 5,000 to 7,000
Front Office Manager Rs 6,000 to 8,000
Lobby Manager Rs 4,000 to 6,000
Restaurant Manager Rs 3,000 to 5,00.0
Executive Chef Rs 6,000 to 10,000 or more
Sous Chef Rs 3,000 to 5,000
Executive Housekeeper Rs 4,000 to 8,000
Assistant Housekeeper Rs 2,000 to 6,000
Pantry Supervisor Rs 1,200 to 1,500
PROMOTION
This is a fast moving career, where upward mobility is purely merit based. In public sector hotels, the usual factors such as seniority and years of service applicable to all Government related institutions are also considered in decisions regarding promotion.
