MEDIA TRAINEE:

Learns on the job. Not all agencies have such clearly stratified hierarchies. The number of designated posts would depend on the agency's size and workload. In smaller companies where flexibility is greater, one or two individuals might perform all functions of the job. Department responsibilities however, remain the same for all agencies and there is little or no inter-disciplinary movement.
